Marine Casalis is an independent reporter covering Libya and Tunisia with a strong interest in the Middle East too. She studied Arabic in Syria in 2009-2010 and since then never stopped. She covered the war in Libya in 2011 and came back from 2012 to 2014 to live there and cover the country's transition for France 24 and RFI (Radio France Internationale) in both English and French. She currently lives in Tunis and goes back and forth to Libya.
