Fernanda Pesce Blazquez
Fernanda Pesce Blazquez (Genoa, 1992) is an Italian-Spanish independent Video Journalist currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her work mainly focuses on international news and current affairs, human rights and gender-based violence.
As a regular contributor, stringer, she produces, shoot, edit stories and write scripts for the AFP - AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE in Africa. She also shoots features for AP - The Associated Press with which she has extensively worked in Rome, Italy. Pesce Blazquez has contributed to TIME magazine, Il Corriere della Sera, L'Espresso, DW - Deutsche Welle and RAI Television.
