Find a Freelancer

Got my start in Xinjiang, East Turkistan. I was working on a project to interview Uyghurs who had been in the clandestine Lao Gai prison system. I interviewed Nobel prize nominee Rabiya Kadir and Harry Wu (founder of the Lao Gai Foundation).
Worked as a stringer for the Libyan revolution, putting some of the first voices in western media. That led to Democracy Now, I worked there as an assistant in social media and later as a shooter and editor for the show.
I then began working with various celebrities at Cause Effect Agency to help them build their international philanthropic work. See reel for more on that.
I'm currently living in Sulimaniyah, Iraqi Kurdistan and working on various freelance projects related to the current events.
